Lloyd Kurzweil founded Kurzweil & Associates in 1989, a consulting firm that implements Financial Reporting, Budgeting and ERP solutions, now in its thirtieth year. Lloyd is a Sr. Consultant and Trainer. He subcontracted with several software publishers, including BizNet Software (Reporting), Adaptive Insights (Budgeting and Forecasting) and FRx software (Reporting), delivering training classes and speaking at annual user conferences.
For more than ten years, Lloyd has had a close relationship with BizNet. He has developed classes and training guides for BizInsight and Broadcast products, which have been used to train hundreds of attendees. Lloyd also continues to provide consulting and training on these products.
In a prior life, Lloyd worked at an accounting firm in mid-town Manhattan and received his CPA. In 1980 he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and started working for Genentech, a leader in Biotechnology. He was responsible for implementing Genentech’s first in-house computerized accounting and reporting systems. Lloyd completed his MBA at the University of San Francisco and has also was taught undergraduate classes at USF.
In his spare time, you might find Lloyd on a tennis court; either playing or coaching, as he’s been a volunteer coach for the local high school’s boys Varsity for almost fifteen years.
