We encourage substitutions if you cannot attend a class. In order to cancel a registration or substitute attendees, please submit an email request to lschwenn@biznetsoftware.com.
For a full registration: Cancellations by July 31st will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations by August 31st will be charged for a $350 cancellation fee. After August 31, registration fees are non-refundable. For a one-day registration: Cancellations by July 31st will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation by August 31st will be charged for a $175 cancellation fee. After August 31, registration fees are non-refundable.
